How can you use the internet to sell a home by owner?

My friend has a home she’d like to sell by owner. She has a Craig’s List ad but only a few hits and no calls, so far. She’s got it on MLS by one of those companies that do that sort of thing but has had no interest.

Are there any forums online that cater to people looking to relocate to Florida? I did a search but nothing worthwhile came up. Any other ideas on how to market her Craig’s List ad?

Before she lets a stranger into her home she should at least have a working phone number for the person so that your friend knows something about them. Maybe you should make arrangements to be there with her when the people come over.
